We are a unique team in Canada, specializing in insurance solutions for large clients and organizations, such as financial institutions, retailers, associations, and tourism suppliers. As a Product and Strategy Analyst, your role is pivotal, involving tasks like creating reports, conducting customer analyses, and supporting industry research across various insurance sectors.

 

We’re looking for a qualified individual to join our growing team, with experience in personal insurance and a good understanding of insurance products. The position may evolve to support advisory services for clients. Note that we don’t offer sponsorship or employment-based nonimmigrant visas for this role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting consulting service projects, conducting analyses, and producing reports for senior management.

2. Acting as a liaison with clients and third parties to gather data and information for projects.

3. Collaborating with colleagues to acquire knowledge for joint projects and the learning platform.

4. Working with actuarial services to share information on client issues.

5. Assisting in the design of research materials and presentations for potential clients.

6. Reviewing insurance and marketing materials in both English and French.

7. Identifying, implementing, and proposing process improvements for efficiency.

8. Participating in research and publishing quarterly and annual reports on the insurance market.

Requirements:

– University diploma

– At least two years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in personal insurance solutions

– Organizational skills, resourcefulness, and excellent attention to detail

– Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)

– Research skills for collecting and compiling market information

– Strong analytical and reasoning skills

– Effective time management for handling multiple projects

– Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French

Other assets:

– Bilingualism (English and French)

– Practical knowledge of insurance vocabulary
